Transwestern Arranges Sale of 187K-SF Warehouse Facility in West Virginia

Transwestern Real Estate Services has arranged the sale of 748 Novak Drive, a 186,673-square-foot warehouse facility in Martinsburg, W.V. The sales price was reported by various media outlets as $9.5 million.

Built in 1998, the property is situated on 27 acres and is located two miles from Interstate 81. Features of the property include eight exterior docks.

Caulley Deringer, Steve Cloud, Gerry Trainor, Bev Sheffler and Andrew Hassett of Transwestern represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. The buyer was represented by Tom Burns of Transwestern.
