Houston-based Transwestern Commercial Services created a broader, three-region approach designed to inspire high performance, capitalize on synergies and enhance client connectivity. Bruce Ford was named President of the East Region, and Chip Clarke has been named President of the West Region.
Transwestern’s Tom Lawyer says, “Both Bruce and Chip are proven real estate leaders who empower teams, anticipate client needs and foster collaboration to deliver the very best solutions. These are the qualities that will help us grow market share in some of the country’s most vibrant, multi-faceted markets.”
Ford, who previously served as President of the Southeast, assumes responsibilities for offices throughout Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Virginia, Maryland, the District of Columbia, Massachusetts, New Jersey and New York.
Clarke assumes responsibilities for offices throughout California, Arizona, Colorado and Washington. Having served at Transwestern for nearly three decades, he has held senior leadership positions that have included local, regional and national oversight for all the company’s service lines.
