Transwestern Adds Three Market Leaders in Atlanta

Transwestern has announced the expansion of its Atlanta agency leasing team, with the hiring of market leaders Chip Roach, Zach Wooten and Stephen Clifton as Senior Managing Directors. The trio  joins Transwestern’s Executive Managing Director Greg Frankum and Senior Managing Director Matt Spickard to form a nine-person team in Atlanta.

Roach, Wooten, and Clifton join Transwestern from Madison Marquette, where they have been working together for 10 years and have completed in excess of $1 billion in transactions.

Roach has worked in Atlanta’s commercial real estate market for 36 years. He is a past president of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia. Wooten and Clifton each bring more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate to Transwestern. They are both active members of NAIOP and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, where each of them has served as chairman of the Young Council of Realtors. Wooten holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama and Clifton holds a bachelor’s degree from Presbyterian College.
