TransPerfect Commits to 5 Floors at Nomad Tower
JLL has completed a 15-year lease with TransPerfect for 123,516 square feet across five floors at Global Holdings Management Group’s Nomad Tower. The translation services and technology company, representing the second major tenant to sign at the Midtown South tower since Global Holdings acquired it, will relocate from 3 Park Ave..
The property was represented by JLL’s Paul N. Glickman, Mitchell Konsker, Benjamin Bass, Diana L. Biasotti and Harley Dalton. SVP Craig Panzirer represented Global Holdings in-house. TransPerfect was represented by CBRE’s John Isaacs, Christopher Mansfield and Peter Gamber, along with Rob Kulik of Real Broker LLC.
Global Holdings, which acquired Nomad Tower in 2016, is now completing a $50-plus million capital improvement campaign and repositioning effort at the 30-story office property at 1250 Broadway. TransPerfect’s commitment to the property follows Zillow Group’s deal for 130,000 square feet there in late 2018.
