Transpacific Unloads Five-Story Office Building in Cerritos
West Coast Capital Partners acquired 12800 Center Court Dr. South in Cerritos, CA for a reported $24 million. The five-story, 105,000-square-foot Class A office building was sold by an affiliate of Transpacific Development Co.
Built in 2009, the property is situated on roughly 3.5 acres within the larger Cerritos Towne Center development, a 125-acre mixed-use project. 12800 Center Court features unique architecture with an iconic dome as its centerpiece, and is 91% occupied by five tenants.
NKF’s Kevin Shannon, Paul Jones, Ken White, Blake Bokosky and Brandon White represented the seller. The buyer, which completed a 1031 exchange, was self-represented.
“12800 Center Court is a quality asset that was developed and maintained by TDC since it was completed nine years ago,” said Jones. “This building offered the buyer a strong income stream with fixed annual rental increases.”
