Transom Real Estate Acquires 28K-SF South End Office Building
Transom Real Estate acquired 46 Plympton Street, a five-story, 28,600-square-foot office building in Boston’s South End for an undisclosed price.
Located within the historic South End neighborhood of Boston, the property is currently fully leased to five tenants, including Camp Harbor View and Norbella. The property features hardwood floors, bicycle storage and shower facilities. It is located within walking distance to the MBTA Silver, Red and Orange Lines, as well as numerous restaurants, hotels, fitness centers, retail and coffee shops.
