Transocean Takes Down 300K-SF Enclave Place
Transocean Ltd. inked a deal to set up shop in the 300,000-square-foot Enclave Place building in Houston’s Energy Corridor submarket. The Enclave Place lease begins in July 2019, though it is not known if the tenant will vacate its current headquarters at 4 Greenway Plaza, where it occupies 255,413 square feet.
Piedmont Office Realty Trust Inc. developed and owns the 11-story, Class A building at 1414 Enclave Pkwy., which was completed in 2015. The building is on 4.7 acres in Enclave Business Park, a deed-restricted development.
JLL’s David Bale and Louie Crapitto represented Transocean. Damon Thames and Connor Saxe of Colvill Office Properties, teamed with Piedmont’s Damian Miller, to negotiate on behalf of the owner.
