Transmitter Brewing Comes to Brooklyn Navy Yard
Building 77 at the Brooklyn Navy Yard has a new tenant: Transmitter Brewing will move to a 8,165-square-foot space from its original location in Long Island City.
“With the craft beer market exploding in recent years, being in the vicinity of these high-demand neighborhoods will be key to the continued success of this excellent brewery,” said Brett Bedevian, an associate with Newmark Knight Frank (NKF), who with Jordan Gosin represented the brewery in the transaction.
The-one-million-square-foot building opened Nov. 9, 2017. The Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation completed a $185-million renovation of the manufacturing center. Transmitter will be producing beer at their new home, and will also have a tap room.
