Transit-Oriented, Waterfront Apartments Under Construction in Middlesex

April 6, 2017

Woodmont Properties is building 126 apartments, surrounded by shops and amenities, near the train station on the Raritan Bay in Middlesex County, NJ.

“Raritan Bay Waterfront Park offers breathtaking views of the New York City skyline, and is home to a variety of festivals, free concerts and public gatherings throughout the year,” said Lewis Zlotnick, president of Woodmont Properties, developer of Woodmont Cove at South Amboy.

The new development is only a seven-block walk to South Amboy New Jersey Transit train station, which provides a 30-minute ride to Newark Penn Station, and a 51-minute train ride to New York City. When the first residents arrive in September 2017, Woodmont Cove will include 106 two-story, townhouse-style apartments,  plus another 20 apartment flats in an elevator building with structured parking.
