Transit Oriented Living in Montclair

Forty upscale apartments next to a New Jersey Transit station have started leasing at the Montclarion at Bay Street Station in Montclair, NJ. New Jersey Transit buses also stop right outside the new five-story building.

“This is a transit-oriented community in every sense, with a location feet from Montclair’s most active train station,” said developer Richard Polton.

Montclarion at Bay Street Station also includes a rooftop patio, covered parking and 1,200 square feet of ground floor retail space. Monthly rents start from $2,250 for a one-bedroom apartment.
