Transcendent Electra Becomes ARK Homes for Rent, Aims for $3B in New SFR Development

Bay Harbor Islands, FL-based Transcendent Electra has rebranded itself as ARK Homes for Rent and aims to acquire and develop approximately $3 billion in new single-family-rental properties over the next five years. The company has developed $2 billion since its 2021 inception.

Jordan Kavana, founder and CEO of Transcendent Electra, will hold the same title at ARK Homes for Rent. “I believe the ARK Homes for Rent will be the future of the SFR sector as we see more and more occupants enter the market over the next few years,” said Kavana.

Transcendent Electra was established as a joint venture between single-family rental platform Transcendent Investment Management and multifamily owner operator Electra America. It focused on acquiring and developing SFR scattered sites and BTR communities throughout the Sun Belt.

ARK Homes for Rent will continue to provide tenants with only new homes with builder home warranties. In addition, tenants will be given access to ARK Living, a propitiatory preventative health and wellness platform.
