Trammell Crow’s Lee Promoted to Head of Capital Markets

New York City-based Tommy Lee has been promoted to head of capital markets at Trammell Crow Company (TCC). Lee, who was named a TCC principal in January, will continue to be responsible for all equity related partnerships, programs and relationships and will now work more closely with the team that focuses on TCC’s construction lending partners.

“Tommy is an invaluable member of our team and a trusted colleague and advisor,” said Adam Saphier, who previously held Lee’s new role and is now president, central operations. He added that among other contributions, Lee has “successfully identified and secured major capital partners throughout the U.S.”

Lee first joined TCC in 2013, working for the Houston business unit as a senior associate. After a brief stint working with Boston Properties in the Northeast, he rejoined TCC in 2017, working out of CBRE’s New York office as VP in the capital markets group.
