Trammell Crow Unveils New Details on NoHo Station TOD

Trammell Crow Company’s (TCC) large-scale North Hollywood Station transit-oriented development (TOD) is under review by the Metro Board’s Planning and Programming Committee. The design plan has been updated for District NoHo, bringing the proposed urban village into clearer focus.

The development will transform an underutilized 15-acre site surrounding the North Hollywood Red Line Metro station into a mixed-use project with 1,500 residential units, 100,000 square feet of retail space, and 500,000 square feet of office space. The residential portion is being developed by High Street Residential, TCC’s residential subsidiary.

The design calls for a mix of low-rise and high-rise buildings, connected by pedestrian walkways and a new street grid. Improvements are planned for Metro’s transit hub as well.

The development team is negotiating with the transit agency on an agreement to give it time to secure required City of Los Angeles approvals for the multi-phased development.
