Trammell Crow Tops Out 16-Story Perimeter Office Tower

Trammell Crow Co. (TCC) topped out Twelve24, a 16-story, transit-oriented office tower in Atlanta’s Perimeter submarket. The building is expected to be ready for tenant occupancy in early 2020.

Twelve24 sits on a nearly four-acre site, and is directly connected to the Dunwoody MARTA Station. The property will be the only multi-tenant office building with direct access to this station through an elevated skybridge. The property is also adjacent to the Perimeter Mall. Insight Global, a national staffing and services company, has already leased approximately 70% of the building.

“We are incredibly proud of the construction progress that we are making at Twelve24, which is on-track for its scheduled completion in early 2020,” said Brandon Houston, principal with TCC’s Atlanta Business Unit. “The project will complement the additional development happening in the area, and we expect that its transit-oriented aspect and the retail offerings will help attract a variety of businesses looking to create efficient office spaces for their employees.”
