Trammell Crow Taps Alan Cantlin for Seattle Leadership Role
Trammell Crow Company (TCC) expanded its Seattle team with the addition of Alan Cantlin, who joins the Dallas-based commercial real estate development firm as SVP. He will be responsible for sourcing and executing new office development and investment opportunities.
Cantlin will also focus on multifamily projects, which will be developed by High Street Residential, TCC’s residential subsidiary.
TCC’s Mike Nelson says, “With experience in both office leasing and development, Alan’s background and vast professional network will be crucial as we continue working on projects like the Boren Office Lofts in the Denny Triangle neighborhood of downtown Seattle.”
Cantlin brings nearly 20 years of Seattle CRE experience including most recently at Madison Development Group. He focused on retail and mixed-use projects, including the Luna mixed-use development in West Seattle. He also served at Schnitzer West, negotiating more than 60 office leases totaling one million square feet and developed $280 million worth of office projects over a decade.
