Trammell Crow Taps Adam Voelker for Bay Area Leadership Role
Trammell Crow Company (TCC) appointed Adam Voelker SVP, with responsibility for expanding the firm’s office and mixed-use development in the Bay Area. He joins from Tishman Speyer.
The 13-year veteran of the real estate development and investment industry brings a wealth of knowledge about the office and residential sector in the Bay Area, where he has worked for the past six years. He most recently oversaw Tishman Speyer’s new office and residential development opportunities, existing office acquisitions, and asset dispositions. Voelker was a key member of the development team behind the 2.7-million-square-foot Mission Rock mixed-use development.
TCC’s Adam Nims says, “[Voelker’s] expertise in large-scale complex office and mixed-use development competitively positions TCC for continued expansion in the Bay Area. In particular, Adam’s recent experience leading the Mission Rock development is an excellent illustration of his ability to lead TCC’s growth in office and mixed-use projects throughout Northern California.”
