Trammell Crow Tabs Ryan Payne as NorCal SVP

The Northern California office of real estate developer Trammell Crow Company (TCC) has welcomed Ryan Payne as Senior Vice President. In his new role, Payne will be responsible for the sourcing and execution of office and life science development opportunities throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

Previously as Principal at Four Corner Properties, Payne was responsible for sourcing and managing over 500,000 square feet of life science development. He has also held positions at Stanford Management Company, Westbrook Partners and JLL. Payne holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from UC Davis and an MBA from Stanford University.

“We are thrilled to welcome Ryan to our TCC team in San Francisco,” said Adam Voelker, Principal with Trammell Crow San Francisco. “Ryan’s expertise will be an immediate value to the life science and office projects already in our pipeline, and we will leverage that into continued creative opportunities for our business.”
