Trammell Crow Set to Break Ground in Fulton Market

Trammell Crow Company (TCC) and CBRE Global Investors will launch construction this month on a Class A, 300,000-square-foot office tower in the Fulton Market District. The 14-floor tower at 1375 West Fulton Market will include 15,000 square feet of ground floor space for retail and restaurants.

Situated at the west end of the Fulton Market neighborhood, the location offers prospective tenants a less- congested area with easy access to a variety of public and private transportation opportunities, according to TCC and CBRE GI.

“Fulton Market has a unique personality that’s attracting both forward-thinking global corporations and fast-growing technology and creative companies who want to be in a vibrant neighborhood with access to an educated and savvy workforce,” said Sara Spicklemire, SVP at CBRE.

Spicklemire and CBRE VP Kelsey Scheive are responsible for leasing and marketing the property, which is expected to deliver in the first quarter of 2020.
