Trammell Crow Residential, the multifamily development arm of Crow Holdings, has finalized its construction loan to initiate the construction of a luxury multifamily residence named Alexan Waltham in Waltham, Massachusetts.  

This 210-unit community will be situated at 73 Pond Street in downtown Waltham and will comprise five stories of Class A residential apartments above one level of at-grade podium parking. The project, anticipated to be completed by Summer 2025, will encompass market-rate and affordable units in various layouts ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments.
