Trammell Crow Reshapes Operations, Promotes Adam Nims, Adam Saphier
Trammell Crow Co. is consolidating its operational model from three regions to two, and creating expanded Eastern and Western Regions in the process into which the current Central Region will be merged. As part of the move, the Dallas-headquartered company is promoting Adam Nims from managing director to president, western region, and Adam Saphier from president, central region to president, eastern region.
Effective April 1, 2020, Nims will succeed John Stirek as president, and will have charge of Denver, Seattle, Portland, Northern California, Los Angeles, Newport Beach, Phoenix and Austin. Stirek will take on a new role to grow TCC’s major occupier clients.
Beginning July 1, 2020, TCC’s eastern region will include the former central region units of Dallas, Houston, Chicago and Atlanta, as well as the current eastern region’s MidAtlantic, NE Metro, Kansas City and Boston. Saphier will succeed Chris Roth, who will retire at the end of June 2020.
