Trammell Crow, MetLife Investment Management to Debut Lifestyle Hotel in DC
Trammell Crow Company and MetLife Investment Management have unveiled lifestyle hotel The Morrow Washington DC, Curio Collection by Hilton in NoMa’s 3rd Street District.
The property will open in the fall of 2022 at the nexus of three of DC neighborhoods — NoMa, Union Market and H Street — and has walkable access to Union Station and NoMa-Gallaudet U Metro Station. The site was the previous location Central Armature Works, a 100-year-old electrical manufacturing and repair business.
The Morrow will feature 203 guestrooms, 16,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space, and three food and beverage venues. The second floor features a nearly 3,000-square-foot ballroom with multiple configuration options, an 834-square-foot meeting room and access to a landscaped outdoor terrace, where a gantry crane-inspired sculpture pays homage to the site’s industrial roots.
The Morrow is part of TCC and MetLife’s largest mixed-use development, Central Armature Works.
