Trammell Crow, Legacy Open Oakland Uptown MF

Legacy Partners opened Alexan Webster, a seven-story multifamily project in Oakland’s Uptown neighborhood. The seven-story, 234-unit mixed-use community at 2330 Webster St. was developed by Trammell Crow Residential and is managed by Legacy.

Trammell Crow Residential’s Stephanie Hill says, “We’re excited to introduce Alexan Webster to this vibrant part of Oakland. The neighborhood really speaks for itself, offering residents a long list of social and recreational options.”

Located at the uppermost northwest corner of Lake Merritt, the project commenced construction in July 2017. The community offers a mix of studios and one, two and three-bedroom residences, as well as residential and public parking spaces. It also has 15,000 square feet of ground-floor retail

KTGY Architecture + Planning served as the architect of record and the project’s designer.

Connect Direct-to-Consumer is coming up this month at San Jose’s Santana Row. Get more information and register for the September 26th event on this link.
