Trammell Crow Company (TCC) signed a full-building, 755,926-square-foot lease with Momentec Brands at Metro 63 in Kannapolis, North Carolina. The new lease will represent a consolidation of the company’s distribution network, which was previously spread across six buildings in six states ranging from Georgia to Ohio. Momentec Brands, the result of a merger between Augusta Sportswear Brands and Founder Sport Group, plans to be fully operational at Metro 63 in the first half of 2026. The new facility, given the name “The Momentec Customer Success Center”, will house 700 employees once fully operational.

Located at 5700 Royce St., Metro 63 was delivered in late 2022 and is situated on a 94-acre site in the North Interstate 85 corridor at exit 63 in Kannapolis.
