Trammell Crow, Greenland USA Selected to Jointly Develop 15.6-Acre NoHo Metro Site

Metro selected Trammell Crow and Greenland USA, the U.S. subsidiary of Shanghai-based Greenland Group, to jointly develop a 15.6-acre site that will tie together the East and West ends of Lankershim Blvd. in North Hollywood, surrounding the Red/Orange line station.

Although the exact plan for the mixed-use site is not yet set in place, Trammell Crow and Greenland are reportedly in talks with several architectural and design firms, including Gensler, Killefer Flammang Architects, HKS Architects and Melendrez, Inc.

Meetings between Metro’s Board of Directors and the two eminent developers took place this week, and will commence again on June 23, to work on the project proposal and ensure it meets the community and stakeholders’ vision.
