Trammell Crow, Diamond Realty Start Work on 125K-SF MOB in Falls Church
Trammell Crow Company and JV partner Diamond Realty Investments have broken ground on a 125,000-square-foot medical office building dubbed The Wellness Center at West Falls in Falls Church, VA.
The six-story building is part of the West Falls mixed-use development that will include 1.2+ million square feet of medical office space, retail, senior housing, apartments, condominiums, a hotel and up to an acre of open space. Hoffman & Associates is the development’s master-developer.
The Wellness Center at West Falls has been designed specifically for medical users with the ability to accommodate clinical and surgical requirements for healthcare systems, specialty practice groups and independent practitioners. The building will feature dedicated curbside patient pick-up and drop-off at the building lobby along with a covered parking garage.
The medical office building has been designed by Gensler, and Clark Construction Group is the project’s general contractor. Cushman & Wakefield will be handling leasing for the building.
