Trammell Crow Developing 686K-SF Buford Warehouse Project

Trammell Crow Company (TCC) and its joint venture partner, a consortium led by CBRE Japan, have broken ground on Buford Creek Business Center, a three-building, 686,400-square-foot industrial park in Buford, Georgia, approximately 30 miles northeast of Atlanta. The project is scheduled for delivery by the third quarter of 2026.

Located at the northeast corner of Lanier Islands Parkway and Big Creek Road, Buford Creek Business Center will feature three Class-A industrial buildings available for sale or lease: a 40-foot clear, 349,440-sq.-ft. warehouse with 64 trailer parking spots, and two nearly identical 168,400-square-foot buildings that include 36-foot clear heights and are rear-load buildings with 40 and 24 trailer parking spots, respectively.

CBRE is the marketing and leasing agent for Buford Creek Business Center; Atlas Collaborative is the architect, and The Conlan Company is the general contractor.
