Trammell Crow Completes 385K SF of Industrial at Needham Ranch

Partners Trammell Crow Company (TCC) and Clarion Partners have completed construction for two new buildings totaling 384,560 square feet of industrial space at The Center at Needham Ranch, a 252-acre project north of Los Angeles in Santa Clarita, CA. The milestone marks completion of three first phase buildings at the site for a total of 451,500 square feet.

The completed buildings include 172,324-square-foot and 212,236-square-foot properties featuring 36-foot minimum interior clear heights, ESFR fire sprinklers, abundant dock-high loading with large truck courts, and secure yard areas. Both buildings are ready for immediate occupancy.

According to TCC’s John Balestra, “This particular submarket of Los Angeles has an extremely limited supply of available industrial space, with a low 1.4% vacancy rate across the greater Los Angeles region. The Center at Needham Ranch will help meet the growing demand for high-end Class A industrial and logistics space in the area.”
