Trammell Crow Company Breaks Ground on Hillsboro Industrial Park
Trammell Crow Company (TCC) has broken ground on Phase II of Sewell Corporate Park in Hillsboro, Oregon, approximately 20 miles west of Portland.
Phase II, located on 17.76 acres, will include two speculative buildings totaling 294,700 square feet. The groundbreaking of Phase II comes less than a year after Phase I delivered two buildings totaling 396,212 square feet. Clayton Madey of Macadam Forbes is marketing the three remaining buildings for sale or for lease.
“We remain the most active developer in Hillsboro and in the Sunset Corridor with the recent groundbreaking of phase two of Sewell Corporate Park, a development focused on serving the needs of west side high tech businesses and the companies that serve them,” said Steve Sieber, a principal with TCC in Portland.
Phase II of Sewell Corporate Park was designed by MDG Architecture and is being built by Perlo Construction. TCC is also underway with VanRose Technology Center, a 303,969-square-foot logistics building.
