Trammell Crow Commences Construction on 335K-SF Atlanta TOD

Texas-based Trammell Crow Company (TCC), and a joint venture partner advised by Los Angeles-based CBRE Global Investors, commenced construction on Twelve24, a new, transit-oriented 16-story, 335,000-square-foot office tower in Atlanta. The nearly four-acre site sits in the heart of Atlanta’s Central Perimeter, and is directly connected to the Dunwoody MARTA Station.

TCC’s Brandon Houston says, “Given the transit-oriented, mixed-use environment neighboring a combination of restaurants, retail, office and hospitality businesses, Twelve24 creates an exceptional work space atmosphere in a location where tenants can connect, innovate and advance their businesses.”

In addition to the Class A space, the project will include 11,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and restaurants. Twelve24 will feature large, open 30,000-square-foot floorplates with 10-foot floor-to-ceiling glass and extensive outdoor terraces within tenant spaces and the building’s common areas. The project is expected to be available for tenant occupancy in early 2020.
