Trammell Crow Commences 2.7M-SF Industrial Development in Las Vegas
Trammell Crow Company and Washington Capital Management, Inc., acting on behalf of a client, commenced construction on a speculative industrial development in North Las Vegas. The project, known as Golden Triangle, will span a total of 127 acres and include 2.7 million square feet of Class A logistics space.
The first phase of the project is now under construction, and includes roughly one million square feet of industrial space. This initial phase is expected to deliver in September 2020.
Trammell Crow Company’s Tom Bak says, “We see a great deal of potential in the Las Vegas industrial market, given the area’s robust population and job growth.”
The first phase of Golden Triangle includes the development of roughly 350,500 square feet of rear loaded space and a roughly 652,000-square-foot cross-dock facility. The two buildings will feature 37-foot clear heights with ESFR fire sprinklers; seven-inch floor slabs; 185-foot secured, concrete truck courts; dock-high loading and parking.
Connect Industrial is coming up on November 19th in Houston. You can get more details and register to attend on this link.
