Trammell Crow, Clarion Team to Develop Office Project in Denver, CO
Trammell Crow Co. and Clarion Partners have partnered to develop the 210,732-square-foot Riverview at 1700 Platte in Denver, CO. The Class A office building will be the largest in the Platte street neighborhood, and it will be going north on the final site with South Platte River frontage.
“This site is the best remaining land parcel available for development in the Central Platte Valley, LoDo and LoHi submarkets,” said Michael Duffy, senior vice president of asset management with Clarion Partners.
Construction on the project will begin late this month, with completion anticipated for the end of next year. In addition to offering office space, Riverside at 1700 Platte will contain 9,309 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
