Trammell Crow, Clarion Acquire Land for Industrial Park
Trammell Crow Company (TCC) and Clarion Partners acquired 54 acres for the development of The Center at Needham Ranch, a state-of-the-art business park in Santa Clarita, CA. The project is the first phase of a larger 132-acre, fully-entitled site approved for up to 4.2 million square feet of Class A industrial space.
Scheduled to break ground later this month, deliveries are expected to begin in Q3 2018. Phase 1 will comprise an 869,760-square-foot, seven-building, Class A industrial park offering buildings ranging from 34,270 to 210,560 square feet.
The site is situated in a unique natural park-like setting, amidst abundant open space at the southern entrance to Santa Clarita near the Interstate 5 and Highway 14 interchange, roughly 30 miles from DTLA.
CBRE’s Craig Peters and Doug Sonderegger are handling the leasing.
