Trammell Crow, CBRE GI Debut Central Perimeter Offices

Trammell Crow Company (TCC) and CBRE Global Investors recently marked the grand opening of Twelve24, a 345,000-square-foot class-AA office building in Atlanta’s Central Perimeter submarket. The 16-story, transit-oriented property, with access to the Dunwoody Marta station through an elevated skybridge, will be joined by a directly-connected Hyatt Place Hotel that’s expected to open next month.

Eric Ross of CBRE is handling office leasing, while his colleague Amy Fingerhut is marketing the property’s retail space. Currently the office component is 72% leased to Insight Global, while Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant will anchor a 7,500-square-foot ground-floor retail space for its first Atlanta location.

“Twelve24 has created a unique offering for the Central Perimeter community, with its combination of high-end office space, transit connectivity, uncommon amenities and retail offerings,” said TCC’s Brandon Houston. “This project was thoughtfully designed, both in terms of its connectivity to mass transit and its various amenity spaces.”
