Trammell Crow Breaks Ground on Morgan Hill Business Park

Real estate developer Trammell Crow Company (TCC) along with JV Partner CBRE Investment Management, have broken ground on the Cochrane Technology Center, a 500,000-square-foot Class A business park in Morgan Hill, CA. The single-phase project is the largest spec industrial development under construction in the Silicon Valley, and is expected to be completed in early 2024.

“We are excited to begin construction on the Cochrane Technology Center, a development that we have worked closely with Morgan Hill residents, city leaders and planners to bring to life. The final project will meet the needs of the community and its economic development goals,” said TCC Principal Will Parker.

The five-building complex on 30 acres is designed for flexibility and will accommodate multiple tenant sizes and the operational needs of Silicon Valley companies. Buildings range from 73,000 to 138,000 square feet. CBRE’s Rob Shannon, Chip Sutherland and Brian Matteoni are marketing and leasing the property. HPA is the architect and Millie & Severson is the general contractor.
