Trammell Crow Breaks Ground on Medical Pavilion at National Harbor

Dallas-based Trammell Crow Co. and partner, New York-based Meadow Partners, broke ground on the Medical Pavilion at National Harbor, located in National Harbor, MD. The 93,100-square-foot, Class-A medical office building is more than 62% released, and is expected to deliver in fall 2018.

Located at 251 National Harbor Blvd., the five-story building will be home to a variety of medical and clinical specialties, including dermatology, wellness and functional fitness, orthopedics, primary care and an ambulatory surgery center. The facility was designed to maximize views and natural light, while providing large, uninterrupted floorplates to enhance design and clinical practice efficiency.

The Medical Pavilion at National Harbor is located within the more than 300-acre National Harbor master-planned community developed by Peterson Companies. CBRE’s John Kerr and Daniel McGivney are handling leasing and marketing of the MOB.
