Trammell Crow Appoints New SVP for Midwest Office
The Midwest office of developer Trammell Crow said that Josh Udelhofen has joined the firm as a Senior Vice President., where he will be responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, and field execution activities in the St. Louis and Kansas City markets, as well as select markets in Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan. Josh will be based in St. Louis.
“We are very happy to have Josh join our Midwest team,” said Grady Hamilton, Managing Director for TCC. “Josh is a native of Kansas City and has deep roots in St. Louis, where he has been working in the real estate industry for nearly two decades. We believe that his relationships and valuable expertise in this market will help grow the TCC brand through exciting new development opportunities. His experience will also help us source future projects in Kansas City and St. Louis, as well as other strong markets in Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio.”
Udelhofen previously led the development platform at Altus Properties and was responsible for delivery of over $125 million of mixed-use multifamily development. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Investment Officer of Koman Group, overseeing all development related activities and was directly involved in many of St. Louis’ most notable projects with a total value in excess of $500 million.
