Trammell Crow Adding to Georgia Tech Science Square

Trammell Crow’s High Street Residential (HSR) is progressing on 280 apartments at Science Square in Atlanta. The company is wrapping up construction on a 13-story lab adjacent to the apartment site, which is on the Georgia Tech campus.

The Grace topped out construction in August, and preleasing for the apartments will begin in early 2024, with the first resident move-ins slated for late March, 2024. The building will include a small retail space.

Designed by Rule Joy Trammell + Rubio, The Grace comprises a 14-story tower and a connected six-story mid-rise building; 28 units at the property will be designated as affordable. Amenities include a bike room, a club room, an outdoor courtyard with fire pits, grilling areas, a resort-style pool, a fitness center as well as an indoor/outdoor sky lounge with views of Midtown and Downtown Atlanta.
