Trammell Crow Acquires Another San Jose Property

Connect Industrial is heading to Chicago, June 28th. Here’s where to get more details and register.

Dallas-based Trammell Crow Co. acquired a nearly 200,000-square-foot industrial facility near its Diridon Station development site (pictured) in San Jose for a reported $51.5 million. The property at 587 Cinnabar St. was purchased from Menlo Park-based A&F Properties LLC, an entity associated with Menlo Park’s Azadeh and Farzam Hariri.

The site is in the same neighborhood where Trammell Crow recently acquired eight properties for $17 million. The developer is assembling a portfolio in San Jose’s downtown area near the SAP Center and train station, where it is developing a mixed-use project slated for 940,000 square feet of office space, 35,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, and 325 residential units.

The industrial facility is occupied by Pitco Foods, a member-only independently-owned food service operator. Constructed in the mid 1970s, the property was most recently assessed at just under $7 million.
