Trademark starts work on the 321-unit Vickery in FW

Trademark Starts Work on 321-Unit FW Rental Community

Trademark Property Company will break ground later this month on The Vickery, a multifamily-led mixed-use community located on five acres overlooking Downtown Fort Worth. Trademark closed on the land and secured financing for the project in December 2023. First United Bank provided a $61 million construction loan for the project. Heather McClure and Jonathan Paine of Walker & Dunlop arranged the loan on behalf of Trademark.

The Vickery represents the redevelopment of a centrally located brownfield site that once was a detention basin. The project will consist of 307 apartments, 14 townhomes, a standalone restaurant building with a second-story cocktail lounge overlooking downtown and amenities featuring pickleball courts, dog parks, and pocket parks. The residences will offer an indoor/outdoor rooftop lounge and a heated resort-style pool. The city provided a Tax Increment Finance District (TIF) that allowed for surrounding infrastructure improvements.

The Dallas and Fort Worth offices of GFF serve as the project architect.
