Trademark Readies to Develop 82-Acre Town Center

Trademark Property Co., based in Fort Worth, is joining forces with Westside Ventures to develop an 82-acre mixed-use town center at Interstate 10 and Mason Road in Katy, TX. The initial 60-acre phase will focus on retail, restaurant, residential, hotel and office space. Planning is now taking place for the project.

The site is part of 107 acres owned by Westside Development. Specific timelines will be determined following planning. “We believe this site is the next great opportunity in the country to develop a premier regional, mixed-use town center,” said Terry Montesi with Trademark. “There is a tremendous retail void in West Houston.”

Trademark is no stranger to Houston, having developed Royal Oaks Village and Market Street Woodlands. Trademark is also redeveloping, leasing and operating Rice Village, a holding of Rice University.
