Trademark Property Continues Rice Village Renovation

Additional updates are underway at the 296,000-square-foot Rice Village retail center in Houston. Fort Worth-based Trademark Property Co. has been redeveloping the space since 2015.

This new renovation phase will focus on streetscape and retail space near Amherst Street and Kelvin Drive.

“We envision the intersection of Amherst and Kelvin as the new heart of Rice Village,” Trademark Property Co.’s Tommy Miller said.

The updated space could be available for lease by August. The growing list of current tenants includes Sephora, Urban Outfitters and Everything But Water.
