Trademark Eyeing Cypress for Mixed-Use Project
Trademark Property Co. is looking at Cypress for its next big thing. The company is considering a mixed-use project in the Dunham Pointe master-planned community. It recently bought 37 acres and is looking at between 225,000 and 250,000 square feet of retail and restaurants and an apartment complex with about 350 units. The Houston Business Journal reports office space and hotels could follow later.
It will be the third development in Greater Houston for Trademark, which developed Market Street in The Woodlands Town Center in 2005 and the H-E-B-anchored Royal Oaks Village shopping center in west Houston in 2001.
1,300-acre Dunham Pointe broke ground in early 2021 and so far has concentrated its efforts on single-family homes.
