Trademark Adds to FW University District

Trademark Property Company (Trademark) broke ground on Westbend Residences, a 321-unit multifamily community in Fort Worth’s University District. Trademark is slated to deliver the community in Q1 2027.     

Situated on 3.5 acres along the Trinity Trails, Westbend Residences is near Texas Christian University, premier retail and dining options, plus outdoor recreation, including public amenities oriented to the trail. The seven-story community will feature two pools, a fitness center, a dog spa, a two-story parking garage, and a new ground-floor restaurant space will expand the district’s dining offerings and enhance street-level activity.

Westbend Residences marks the second phase of the Westbend mixed-use community. Trademark redeveloped the first phase in 2016, which includes 281,000 square feet of office and retail space. The space is currently 100% leased to a mix of national and local tenants.
