TradeLane Properties to Convert Fort Worth ‘Big Box’ Facility

The company acquired 1650 S. Cherry Lane, a former 120,000 square foot big box building. The facility was purchased within the TradeLane Properties US Industrial Fund II. The asset was vacant upon acquisition.

TradeLane has rezoned the property to warehouse/distribution and will redevelop the building to an industrial facility offering significant outside storage. Improvements include new LED lighting, asphalt and concrete work, security fencing, paint and new spec office space.

The facility is on 8 acres and has three drive-in doors, four dock doors, 18-foot clear height, 200 auto stalls and a 370-foot truck court. Todd Hubbard and Jake Blankenship from NAI Robert Lynn will handle the leasing.
