TRA Joint Venture Ends Long-Term Hold on Industrial Facility
TRA Joint Venture ended a close to three-decade hold on a 53,320-square-foot industrial property in Houston’s northwest submarket. Public records list the buyer of the asset at 8300 Breen Rd. as M2 Properties Ltd. and Adelante Properties Ltd. The facility, which came online in the 1980s, is situated on 20 acres.
Clay Pritchett SIOR and Zane Carman of NAI Partners represented TRA Joint Venture in the transaction. Chase Spence and Charles Fertitta, with Colliers International, negotiated on behalf of the buyer. Claude Anello, with Hughes Watters Askanase LLP, provided legal services to the seller.
The property includes 7.4 acres of undeveloped land, along with crane capacity and a 100% insulated warehouse. Tenants include Edgen Murray Corp., Keystone Pipeline LP and U.S. Metals Inc.
