TPA Group Eyes 120K-SF BTS at Alpharetta ‘360 Tech Village’

Atlanta-based TPA Group proposed a 120,000-square-foot build-to-suit office development at its 360 Tech Village mixed-use development in Alpharetta. 360 Tech Village is a 57-acre parcel located at Georgia 400 and Haynes Bridge Road.

The property is fully zoned for 320,000 square feet of office, 30,000 square feet of retail, 255 units of multifamily, and 60 single family homes. The project would include pedestrian and bicycle connections, recreational facilities and link to the planned Alpha Loop greenway.

The low-rise, two-story building would be constructed along Lakeview Parkway, where more than 70,000 vehicles pass each day. Plans for the project were submitted by Nelson architects and it is slated to be reviewed by the city’s Design Review Board on May 15.
