Toyota Nabs Space at 121 Riverview Crossing

Toyota Motor Sales Inc. LLC leased a 121,188-square-foot, freestanding distribution facility at 121 Riverview Crossing in Lewisville. The just-completed building was delivered by ML Realty Partners, which is the landlord.

Melissa Holland of JLL represented Toyota, and Dan Spika and Jim Breitenfeld with Henry S. Miller represented ML Realty Partners in the transaction. The facility is west of Toyota Motor’s headquarters in Plano, TX’s mixed-use Legacy West development.

Illinois-headquartered ML Realty Partners began construction on the property in May 2017 in Lewisville, a suburban city in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The goal was to “get as close as we can to the growth along SH 121,” the developer’s Matt Smith told the Dallas Morning News, at the time.
