Townhouses in Yakima Sell in Deal Brokered by Kidder Mathews

Cornell Townhouses, a 20-unit multifamily community located at 1012 Cornell in Yakima, Washington, has sold for $2.07 million.

Vice President Max Frame of the Simon | Anderson Multifamily Team at Kidder Mathews represented the seller and sourced the buyer prior to the property coming to market. Built in 1975, Cornell Townhouses has been under the same ownership since 1980.

The gated community features 20 spacious two-story townhomes, each offering approximately 1,100 square feet of living space with in-unit laundry. The property also provides on-site parking for residents and is located near shopping, restaurants and grocery stores.

“This transaction highlights continued investor interest in well-located multifamily communities in Yakima,” said Frame. “Cornell Townhouses’ strong rental fundamentals and long-term ownership made it an attractive opportunity for the buyer.”
