Town House Specialty Cleaning Inks New Midtown Office Lease 

Town House Specialty Cleaning Co. has signed a lease for 9,805 square feet of space at 242 West 36th Street. The cleaning company will occupy part of the 6th and 7th floors of the 14-story building in Times Square South, using the space as their general office. 

Town House Specialty Cleaning renewed and expanded their occupancy after being in the building for 10 years. The company was able to upgrade their space with new lighting and building installations to meet their ongoing needs. 

The transaction was facilitated by Grant Greenspan of Kaufman Organization, representing the landlord, and Dennis Someck of Lee & Associates, representing the tenant. The asking rent for the space was $32 per square foot.
