Town Center at Mansa Park at the Heart of $2.5B South Fulton Transformation
BBI Development is moving forward with a $2.5-billion investment to reimagine the City of South Fulton, GA. The project along the Old National Highway Corridor is designed to advance and strengthen the city’s growing community and business district through the transformation of more than 94 acres into Town Center at Mansa Park.
Phase I will focus on the enhancement of Tucker Memorial Park, including redesign all outdoor recreation areas and adding amenities. Improvements slated for Phase I include new fences, installing all-season turf, adding a football stadium and track, updating the baseball and softball fields and adding multi-purpose fields.
Phase II will start later this year. This phase encompasses four 25-story hotels, office buildings with 800,000 square feet of space, residential housing, affordable housing, an outdoor amphitheater, a walking trail and green space, parking deck, and a retail entertainment campus.
The development is five miles from Atlanta’s Hartsfield Jackson Airport and minutes to downtown Atlanta.
